FOR EXPANSION OF GLOBAL CLINICAL RESEARCH SERVICES

and India location are cited by PMI as key reasons for alliance.

Promedica International (PMI), a USA-based Contract Research
Organization (CRO) providing services to the medical device,
biotech and pharmaceutical industries, announced today the
establishment of a new strategic alliance with Clininvent,
an India based CRO.
Clininvent, combines its clinical trial skills and experience
with its genomics and proteomics research services and offers
services in the area of discovery research trials and patient
registries. It serves India markets through its corporate
office in Mumbai and other offices throughout India. The company’s
services include clinical trial management, data management
& bioinformatics, pharmacovigilance, medical writing,
quality assurance and GCP training.
PMI chose to formalize the alliance with Clininvent based
on the firms’ cultural similarities in terms of client
orientation and service. “The PMI-Clininvent combined
experience and service provider relationships in clinical
research facilitate implementation of projects in North America
and India”, said Ellen Palo, PMI founder.

to offer clients outside India the advantage of access of
