STUDY SITES GIVE HIGH RATINGS TO PROMEDICA INTERNATIONAL

Results from surveys sent to Promedica International’s (PMI) study sites in 2007 show PMI’s overall project performance rated at 4.7 out of 5.0 (using a scale of 1 – 5, with one being lowest and 5 being highest).

The 4.7 rating incorporates average feedback scores from the following question categories: is reliable (4.7), listens to our issues (4.6), responds to requests/needs in a timely manner (4.8), provides proper training and support (4.5), helps us meet our goals (4.7) , and overall professionalism (4.7).

In keeping with ISO 9001:2000 certification requirements, PMI maintains an ongoing commitment to gathering feedback from those receiving our services, both to identify areas of excellence as well as highlight areas needing improvement. With a dedicated history to client satisfaction PMI overall survey results from 2001-2007 was rated 4.4 overall out of 5.0.
